Built in the Netherlands in 1597, the Roter Lowe (Red Lion) was a versatile 18 gun scouting vessel. Bought in 1601 by the Council of Knigsberg on account of the Elector of Brandenburg. It was in service as a vedette-boat in Pillau from 1602 to 1605 under captain Peter Hintze's command. This time I wanted to try to make a gun in Blender, so I went for a revolver since I’ve never done one before. The Dutch Model 1873 was made by E. de Beaumont in Maastricht during the 1870’s. It was the official service revolver of the Netherlands.
