This is mid/high poly.
Each cloud is about 5k tris and 2.5k-3k verts
Total scene poly count with 20 clouds: 109,360 tris.
Can be used in a game, but these are not optimized towards polycount. Baking test in Unreal works fine 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 109360 polygons.
