The bridge has appeared in numerous films, television shows, music videos and video games since its opening in 1932. Hollywood films include Grease (1978), Repo Man (1984), Terminator 2 (1991), In Time (2011), and The Dark Knight Rises (2012) among others. This model is a sparse point cloud and is the first step in the photogrammetric process, eventually leading to a dense cloud and final textured solve.
