The scalloped hammerhead (Sphyrna lewini) is a species of hammerhead shark in the family Sphyrnidae. It was originally known as Zygaena lewini. The Greek word sphyrna translates into “hammer" in English, referring to the shape of this shark's head, which is its most distinguishing characteristic. The shark's eyes and nostrils are at the tips of the extensions. A fishing type boat. I’ve never modeled a ocean vessel before, so this was a new experience for me. There were a lot of details to model on it, which ended up being rather time consuming.
I’ve made this one downloadable, so that other people can hopefully take a look at how I did it.
edit I realize after submitting this, it’s my 200th submission on here. Wow. I model a lot.
