Unfortunately, they fell on hard times after putting on a satirical play making untasteful references to the local Daimyo's family tree. The politician was not pleased and ruined their reputation. Rather than let the family go hungry, Riko-chan and her loyal cat, Neko-sama, took matters into their own hands. After raiding the prop and costume chest, they now scare the bejeezus out of wealthy travelers in the guise of an ogre and loot the belongings they inevitably leave behind. This was my submission for the Feudal Japan Artstation Challenge. This was a fun idea to work on, but once again I felt like I lost a lot of time by not having picked a concept from the first stage of the challenge. Still, I'm fairly happy with the result, despite the constraints. If I were to fix stuff, it would be to redo the fabrics with marvelous or something, and redo the cat hair 3D Model is ready to download for free
