The building you are inside of, the 5102, was an administrative centre for the county of Avon, straddling over the A38 and facing Bristol's infamous Bearpit. The Avon County was dissolved in 1996 and the office building repurposed into a large residential complex. The blurry ghost on the couch is Nick, who was playing Super Smash Bros. while the capture was being taken. Don't let his haunting daunt you, he is benign.
