This is a part of our giftcvard scene made for last Easter. This Table and objects on it is main and central parto of a scene. We drove our knowlage from last several project to create mostly realistic scene. But the limitation of this web engine a still present, so I decided to optimize the topology of a model to be more accepatable here, and also seperated my scene to several parts. This part is most imortant, becasu it's in camera focus. Red Chinese Console Table inspired by the traditional rustic Chinese furniture. The distressed look is created by applying multiple colour layers, hand painting over them with chalk brushes (as to simulate a real life chalk paint finish) and applying various visual generators. The flower motif is created from old vintage postcards featuring flowers. I cut various parts of, photo-bashed them together and left some rough edges on purpose to indicate that they, just like the paint on the piece, are old and used up.
