I created this warmaul for DAE's Weaponcraft asssignment. A relic weapon designed for “The Scarlet Crusade", a fanatical religious sect on a grand quest to rid Azeroth of the Undead Scourge up in former Lordaeron. It never had the possibility to shine its brightest light due all the corruption from within. The Scarlet Crusade always interested me in the time I played WoW, but never did I invest in their lore as much. Doing a deep dive I discovered about this lad Saidan Dathoran who was their “Grand Crusader" before being corrupted by this dreadlord. I’ve done my best to make this as accurate as possible. I had to compare a whole lot of reference material. Not everything is known on the skull of Amurosaurus. So, for bones that were unknown I’ve reference other hadrosaurs such as Parasaurolophus, Kazaklambia, Corythosaurus, Hypacrosaurus, Canardia and also saurolophine hadrosaurs like Saurolophus and Edmontosaurus.
Even museum mounts often do not reconstruct bones like the pterygoids, palatines and vomers due to those bones being generally fragile and not fossilising that often. So they are often incompletely known and hard to reconstruct 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 914160 polygons.
