Experimenting with James on turning 3D scans into low-poly creations!
A low poly version of my 3D reconstruction of Barack Obama made a few months ago.
I decimated the model with Meshlab, and then played with the filter gallery of Photoshop to simplified the texture.
Still think it’s possible to do better if we apply an average color to each polygon.
