Cască Românească model 1939 (34/39) producție post 1940 (lipseste monograma regelui Carol al II-lea). Casca a fost un model de origine olandez, produsă inițial prin contract de firma olandeza Verblifa. Ca urmare a ocuapției Olandei de către armata germană în 1940 Armata Română a rămas singurul utilizator al modelului care a devenit un simbol emblematic al ostașului român în cel de-al doilea razboi mondial. Casca a ajuns să fie produsă de industria românească și a fost păstrată în uz până în anii 90. (la începutul perioadei comuniste a fost înlocuită cu modele sovietice, dar a fost re-introdusă în 1973, cu modificări, datorita distanțării de URSS).
