This Athena wears the aegis with a moon-like Medusa head surrounded by leaf-like rays. The model was a Greek statue from Attica, dated about 400 BC.
PS: I had a lot of trouble with the side of the sculpture even though I did 2 different photogrammetry 3d scan. I may use another software to reconstruct the mesh and see if I can get better result 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 405075 polygons.
