Sea Monkey was my entry to the Meet Mat 2 Substance Painting contest. I’m not sure what other sea monkeys you might know, but this one is the bravest of them all. I had a lot of fun texturing this exclusively in Substance Painter, as it was a great way to explore displacement + IRAY rendering. I also embraced the power of Painter’s anchor system, which made late revisions a breeze- I can’t work without them now.
