Sea Monkey was my entry to the Meet Mat 2 Substance Painting contest. I’m not sure what other sea monkeys you might know, but this one is the bravest of them all. I had a lot of fun texturing this exclusively in Substance Painter, as it was a great way to explore displacement + IRAY rendering. I also embraced the power of Painter’s anchor system, which made late revisions a breeze- I can’t work without them now. It’s been great seeing all the other entries… there’s so much talent out there! 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 902784 polygons.
