I tried to get a reallstic real time render by rendering to texture using vray, 3ds max and marvelous designer. I downloaded some free statues models from http://tf3dm.com . This work is a gallery room for displaying any kinds of content.
This is an open space, with a TV screen in the center to display the content of the speech, and cube wooden chairs scattered randomly for visitors or audience members to sit wherever they like.It has a second floor space where you can arrange your paintings or other displays.
🪑 All the seats have hotspots settings, means the scene is compatible with Spatial.io（GLB file named “with hotspots” in attached files）
