A pair of models made by processing public domain footage into a 3D model, and then turned said models into something usable in a game engine, the models aren't great, quality wise, so I'm making them free, these are more or less placeholders until I track down a burned-out car to scan myself. i 3D modeled and colored the scenes and elements using materials, I used emissive channel to make elements glow.

The model is fully textured and was created with 3DS Max 2016 using the open subdivision modifier which has been left in the stack to adjust the level of detail.
There are also included a Blender format with textures.
Exchange files included: 3DS, FBX and OBJ.
SPECIFICATIONS:
The model has 70.000 polygons.
Scale/transform is set to 100%, units are set to centimeters, texture paths are stripped and and it is made to real world scale.
MATERIALS AND TEXTURES:
All textures are included and mapped in all files but they will render like the preview images only in 3DSMax with V-Ray, the rest of the files might have to be adjusted depending on the software you are using.
