In ancient Rome, white bread was often consumed by the wealthy, while darker bread was typically eaten by the poor. Today, however, darker breads, rich in whole grains, are valued for their health benefits, highlighting a shift in perception where what was once considered lesser is now often deemed healthier. This is the simplest version, separated by a reedstick without rope.
