These colossal tracked vehicles, weighing around 6 million pounds and measuring over 130 feet in length, were custom-built for this monumental task.
To transport the Saturn V, the crawler-transporters would delicately hoist the massive rocket onto a mobile launch platform inside the VAB. Once securely positioned, they would embark on the slow journey, moving at about 1 mile per hour, along specially designed roads to reach the launch pad. 3D game model based in the Cyberpunk 2077 video launched at E3 2018 and influenced by other sci-fi references.
3D model sculpted in Zbrush including the Pants and some mechanich and hard surface parts. For some small hard surface parts and retopology I used 3Ds MAX. The Jacket I used Marvelous Design 6 to get a better garment look. Game mesh rigged in Maya.
