A model for Astrokill, an indie game I'm teaming up with. This will be the slower-but-beefier fighter for the Outer Belt Alliance faction. It features dorsal and ventral 30mm turrets, fixed 60mm autocannons, and a 120mm main gun. It can also carry up to six nuclear torpedoes to combat enemy installations, one of which is shown here just prior to main engine ignition. For defenses, it has thick hull plating typical to the OBA faction, partially shielded thermal management systems, and an enhanced inverse gravitic field generator which can be found under the starboard wing. This craft supports a standard crew of three, featuring a habitat section for extended mission endurance. This sleek one-man fighter was shown in the first episode of the third series, then sat in the cargo bay spockblocking at EVERY POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY. The fanboys weren’t stupid, it was obvious this gorgeous girl was going to make a comeback to blast the chin horns off some baddies one day…
Model is in .FBX format with UV mapping and rigging, you an see the bones in the “Model Inspector” screen.
I have made this to match the CGI version with a complete smooth cockpit and extra details around the side blasters. The feet aren’t quite symmetrical, there is a small rectangular detail on the left side but not on the right.
I have deliberately made the landing gear flaps on the chin different from the TV show because the on-screen version doesn’t close air tight. This fighter was made for the new fan film “The Last Padawan II” by Rebel Pictures, coming soon on YouTube.

The model itself is inspired by the Inquisitor TIE Fighter from the Rebel animated show and by the classic TIE Advanced.
