A yummy Starbucks Frappuccino Cupcake for all those frappuccino lovers out there. The flavor is Coffee BTW :). This is just a fun model I made to practice my skills. The whip cream was something new for me. I made it using converted bezier curves in blender. It added quite a lot of polys but it looks good! I haven't tried to tackle the caramel yet. I think the easiest way to do it would be a freeze frame of a fluid simulation, but I have never done anything like that before, so I'm leaving it for another time. I didn't spend hardly anytime texturing so feel free to download, edit and use how you like. If you end up adding the caramel please let me know how you achieved it. So this is a little experiment I’ve been contemplating on, inspired by the food assets in Monster Hunter and Final Fantasy 15.
I took photographs of an actual meal I cooked, and spliced them in Substance Painter with a few models I specially built from reference.
Nasi Lemak is a traditional Indonesian/Malaysian dish, consisting of spiced rice, coconut milk/shavings, a portion of meat (chicken) and fresh prawns, sometimes accompanied by a fried egg.
The hardest part was translating the lighting from Substance Painter to Unreal Engine, and I have recreated it as best as I can here in sketchfab.
