This is my attempt at modelling World of Warcraft’s Sulfuron Keep from the Firelands raid.
This model was created for a college project so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
And just as a side note: I am aware that the underside of the model and the fact that the platform is poking out from the lava does look rather unusual, however the main reason for this is because I wasn’t originally planning to upload this scene as a physical model that could be viewed from any perspective, instead, once the model was completed, I intended to take a single, static render of the scene as if it were looking through the eyes of a player, and uploading that image to my Artstation account, meaning that I wasn’t really focussing on any of the areas of the model that wouldn’t be seen within the final render. This is a simple low-poly model of the interior of a library, which I made during my time studying 3D animation at UW-Whitewater. This set was originally supposed to be used in an edutainment game of sorts made with Unity, which would explain both the arrow and the low polygon count and the simple textures (we didn’t know how big this was going to be, so we started small). We were thinking of a MYST-like first person adventure game where the player would explore a library alone to search for clues and solve puzzles.
