I scanned one of my shoes for fun. I used a Panasonic G7 And no other spcial equipment. Im pretty happy with how the texture quality turned out. and the scan itself. Modelled in Blender and textured in Substance, no detail went overlooked in the creation of this shoe. As a result it is subdivision ready. Unwrapped with efficiency in mind both left and right shoes are mostly identical, save for one texture set which required both a left and right version. As a result this model has 5 texture sets, with 5 textures in each set (Base Color, Metalness, Roughness, Normal, Ambient Occlusion) along with two opacity maps. Opacity can be achieved using the alpha map of the base colour also.

The upmost care went into crafting this model. As a result it is subdivision ready. The model was unwrapped with efficiency in mind. Both left and right shoes are mostly identical, save for logos and text that cannot be mirrored.
