This is a ferris wheel found at a carnival or fair grounds. I will apologize in advance for making each cart have it's own unique texture. I wanted each cart to have it's own number and grunge value. It's annoying to set up I'm sure, which is why I'm making this asset free! Also, this is not rigged and set up for animation. It is, however, separated in sections, so you can set this up for animation yourself if you have the gumption to.
