A 3d model based on a museum example of a sten like submachinegun in the Polish military museum in Warsaw, the submachinegun or “SMG” was made by Edward Sitek a member of the Polish resistance during the Nazi occupation of Poland in ww2 most likely by hand and out of scrap metal with minimal tools.
The design of the submachinegun is most likely based on the famous British Sten gun mixed with the Polish Mors smg, there is also from the looks of it some Russian ppsh 41 influence of the gun as the what could be a safety, fire selector or both look fairly similar to the ppsh 41s fire selector. This design was to create a jagged-looking pendant which doesn’t snag on skin or clothing; the final result was a frontal profile of a classical symmetric snowflake, yet with a rounded and smoothed side profile preventing any discomfort.
It features a 4mm diameter hole at the top of the design for convenient attachment to a necklace directly or the use of a split ring instead.
