My brother-in-law is a butcher in Paris. This is a “train de cote de boeuf", which is a rack of prime ribs. He sent me 60 photos to make a 3D scan. 40 photos for the top, 20 photos for the bottoms, processed as 2 chunks in metashape 3D Model is ready to download for free
