Use subsurface/Translucency with lighter shade of leaf Texture using Brightness/Contrast in shader editor.
Roughness map on Leaf not applicable use value 0-1 according to your requirements and use lower specular Value unless you want some shiny Leaves
Use Color variation with same Normal And Opacity Mask in Shader Editor.

I made some new trees! :) Some firs and a pine (small). Created for a projekt during spring 2017.
The trees ar around 1.500 -3.500 poly, without being optimesed. You can reduce it by half and not lose any real volume. Might fix that at a later stage and uppload, we will se.
