I’ve been working on this project since mid January now and it’s finally finished! Everything is modelled in Blender and the textures are painted in Photoshop. Diffuse and Alpha maps only.
I thought I would create a scene with a small story behind it.
The mysterious tiny wizard was experimenting with his rare mandrake Root and home grown crystals. He found an old recepice on how to create a special magic potion with the ancient root. By trying it out, he mixes the wrong ingredients together, which turns out to be a magic spell for opening portals. My Submission for the #FairytaleChallenge! I did a scene from the princess and the frog, with a bit of ruins/magical elements. The princess is just about to drop her favorite golden ball into a deep well, from which the frog will retrieve it, at the price of a kiss (or the right to sleep in her bed and eat her dinner, in the original tale).
