I made king Triton from ‘The little mermaid' movie. I first had to draw the character in good reference poses and then went on to sculpt him in Zbrush, after that I did the retopo in 3DsMAx amd finally added the textures with substance painter. This is my sculpture of a modern interpretation of the Cyberdemon boss from the classic Doom.
I used some old Doom concept drawings for reference and tried to addapt the sprite work into something more modern.
