Conceptual project for a home in Mexico, developed in 2018. It is a house developed on three levels, and has a large garden area and pool area, its main feature is the main staircase and the structure that supports it in conjunction with its sloping roofs. Modulation plays a predominant role in the entire project, from doors and windows to cutting of floors. It was conceived to have a limited palette of materials that together make each space livable and comfortable.

This little project of mine aimed at introducing a new customizable weapon in Fallout 4. The idea would’ve been to take a revolver body and outfit it with a custom barrel to shoot 12ga slugs. Everything was made to fit into the “homemade” and post-apocalyptic design in mind, from the oil filter suppressor to the crutch stock or the aluminium can muzzle brake.
This was my first project on Substance Painter. I’m pretty happy with the result on IRay. Problem is I still have trouble rendering correctly in another engine, like Mental Ray. Any tips and advices will be welcome. Since I have no experience on Fallout 4 creation kit (only used FO3’s and FNV’s), it is unlikely this weapon will be included in the game. The Dime building recreated from old images as it was in 1912.
The tower was designed in the Neoclassical architectural style by Daniel Burnham. The steel-framed structure is faced with white glazed brick and terra cotta trim.
