Apart from using vehicles intended for carrying passengers, transportation companies worldwide use technical support vehicles to enable their enterprises to operate effectively. This was also the case in pre-war Breslau. Between WWI and WWII the engine was designated as BT1 – Betriebs Triebwagen (service/freight car). The model presented is probably the only vehicle from Wroclaw of this type to survive WWII. After the war it took part in the campaign of clearing the post-war rubble in Wroclaw. It has been part of the Museum of Urban Engineering’s collection since 2001. The tram was operated in Lower Silesia until the 1970’s. In 2016, thanks to subsidies obtained by the Museum, a restoration of the car was carried out in collaboration with MPK SA. The Toyota Mega Cruiser (Japanese: トヨタ・メガクルーザー, Toyota Megakurūzā) is a large, heavy-duty four wheel drive SUV introduced by Toyota in 1995. The largest 4WD ever built by Toyota, it resembles the Hummer H1 in terms of design.
Like the Hummer, the Mega Cruiser was originally designed primarily for military use with the vehicle seeing duty as a transport vehicle in the Japan Self Defense Forces.
Sold exclusively in Japan via Toyota Store locations, the Mega Cruiser was also used by prefectural police, the Japan Auto Federation and fire/rescue departments. As of 2020, it was reported that Toyota had produced 3,000 units before production was halted. A total of 133 Mega Cruisers were sold to civilians.

I made this model because it was inspired by the character Decepticon Barricade in the movie Transformers 5 (The Last Knight) which was released in 2017. Therefore, I, as a fan of the Transformers films, made this model in 3D.
The interior of the car is not detailed, because I only focus on the exterior.

History
The Mekarski system was a compressed-air propulsion system for trams invented by Louis Mékarski or Louis Mékarsky in the 1870s.The system was promoted as being suitable for use in congested streets and in tunnels, as compressed air produced no smoke or flames, and thus would not disturb horses or fill the carriage with soot and sparks like a steam engine. The system was tested in Paris in 1876 and introduced to the tramways of Nantes in 1879. It seems to have been a success at Nantes with a fleet of 94 trams in 1900. The Mekarski tramcars continued in use there until 1917, when they were replaced by electric trams.

Asset was developed while using somewhat limited resources. Most of the pictures were black and white, thus I had to rely on scaled models and paintings for the color correction.
