Here is a very cute trading exchange inspired by the one located in Paris. The proportions are not correct compared to the real one, much larger than this one. Despite the fact that everything is made in low poly with a single texture (albedo + normal) and basic materials, I have tried to reproduce the most striking details. The Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Torch is distinguished first and foremost by its colour, which is both unique and radiant. To reflect the forthcoming Games, Mathieu Lehanneur also drew inspiration from three themes of Paris 2024: Equality, Water and Peacefulness.
Water has inspired the wave, 3D and vibration effects on the Torch, which reproduce the ripples and movements of water, in addition to the reflections of light on its surface.

History
The Mekarski system was a compressed-air propulsion system for trams invented by Louis Mékarski or Louis Mékarsky in the 1870s.The system was promoted as being suitable for use in congested streets and in tunnels, as compressed air produced no smoke or flames, and thus would not disturb horses or fill the carriage with soot and sparks like a steam engine. The system was tested in Paris in 1876 and introduced to the tramways of Nantes in 1879. It seems to have been a success at Nantes with a fleet of 94 trams in 1900. The Mekarski tramcars continued in use there until 1917, when they were replaced by electric trams.
Model details
Asset was developed while using somewhat limited resources. Most of the pictures were black and white, thus I had to rely on scaled models and paintings for the color correction.
