Created in 2012 for a thesis project using ZBrush, XNormal, 3DCoat, Maya, and Photoshop. Torvald is a Dragonsmith, a blacksmith enhanced by dragon’s blood that can forge rare metals using dragonfire.
A man named Magnus Brann is believed to have been the first Dragonsmith, and was so affected by the dragon’s blood that his entire body became covered in scales, and his features changed to the point that he seemed half dragon.
