This is a completely new mesh based off the shape and proportions of Yowane Haku. I had this bright idea to see what an MMD character would look like with a proper human texture on it and sort of anatomical accurate eyes, nose and erm… bits. I downloaded the original MMD character and had to take some paracetamol when I looked at the topology of it and thought I’d make my own with more detailed hands and ears as well. It’s an experiment that a pervert like me has wasted many hours of fun with. Still not complete and a bit of a screw up on the iris textures and the bottoms of the feet. One day I’ll finish off my ultimate Waifu and 3D print her in Silicone :-) After all she’s not an alcoholic and won’t end up having me cucolded when I can’t afford a bottle of wine for her. She won’t moan about the washing machine not being fixed yet or the toilet seat being up. I wanted to do a chibi model of Asuka after working on the Mass Produced Evangelion character (also visible on my page!), and in the end I think she came out really cute! I like modeling cute things truthfully as well as figurative characters, so this project was definitely a lot of fun. It was once again a big learning experience though, as I really tried to work on things like facial topology, that anime-feeling style, and being painterly with my textures. I still have a long way to go of course, but this felt like a big milestone that I’m happy to have done!
