Set of door models initially created for a personal project. Textures are atlased, with painted and polished wood versions having their own sets. Frame models take from the existing materials to retain stylistic consistency as well as saving on draw calls. Also includes modular knobs/handles and plates.
The dimensions of the various modules were designed with modularity in mind. I wanted to be able to slot any door to any frame and any handle onto any door in order to improve efficiency. Additionally in my own Unity implementation, the seperation between the door handles and the plates allow animation using transforms.
Modelled using Blender, textured in Substance Painter, with additional processing in Substance Designer and Photoshop.

This is a recent project of mine, an attempt to take some old pre-college concept drawings and make something out of them. Ultimately it was an excuse to freehand paint a lot of filigree detail in a couple different styles (one style for the steel parts, another for the wood/pommel). Painting filigree is incredibly satisfying! All the geometry and baking was done in Blender, and the first pass of materials also, then I moved over to Substance Painter for the detailing.
As for the sword itself, the profile is based on a German Landsknecht zweihänder, but with an even longer grip, taking it almost into the polearm realm. My focus was and always will be to create medium-tier weapon skins, that are relatively neutral and not overly complicated. I know there are so many superb artists that create a true pieces of Art - I’m just a humble ui/ux designer that puts his soul to create a niche of guns that fit my needs.
Like all of my work, I will adapt this style to various guns with changes and adjustments where it seems necessary (for example additional material because of model complexity etc).
