The Cadillac Series 70 (models 70 and 75) is a full-size V8-powered series of cars that were produced by Cadillac from the 1930s to the 1980s. It replaced the 1935 355E as the company's mainstream car just as the much less expensive Series 60 was introduced. My goal was to create my own concept of the design that was more compact, but also make it functional (animated) and bake it to a game ready asset/prefab, which the video does not cover (it only bakes a static higher poly mesh that is not optimized).
This was a fun project and while i hoped to complete it in roughly the same amount of time as the video shows, it took a bit longer solidifying my own design, building the low/high poly mesh, and making it functional. This took me about a week of spare time tinkering to make (the tutorial only took 90+ minutes).
