This is a 3D model of an ancient marble statue in the Glyptotek Museum in København, Denmark. It is a sculpture of the Roman emperor Trajan. The statue depicts Trajan in a standing position with pieces of both arms missing from the statue. Trajan ruled Rome from 98 to 117 CE. He was seen as a very benevolent ruler and was most known for projects that benefited the Roman society. Such projects include constructing aqueducts and building public baths. The sundial is designed 1924 by artist Roman Haavamäe on the Haapsalu, Estonia seaside Promenade. The face of the dial depicts the life of man – starting with a child and ending with an old man supported by a cane. It shows the local sun time, which is about 90 slower than daylight savings time.
Sundial was destroyed in 1945 but sculptor restored it 1960.

The character is loosely based on Prometheus in Greek mythology. The official description on the project says:
