This project is roughly 4 weeks in the making and is by far the most fun I’ve been with modeling a character. I modeled this in Zbrush and modeled the props and weapons in Maya. Hair was a bit of a challenge but I was inclined to keep it simple. I textured Ram Warrior in Substance Painter and posed him in Zbrush using ZSpheres. This is a Model of the original XBOX 360 released on November 22nd 2005 and does not contain the installable hard drive at the top of the console.
This model was created in Blender and textured in Substance Painter. I first created a high poly model of the Xbox adding in the circular vents into the mesh. I then moved to making the low poly version removing unnessesary vertices so the details can be baked later. I kept the indets of the power button, disk drive and back sockets as they were far too promminant to be baked to an effective and visual standard.
