The Sketchfab 3D scene has all of the shapekeys baked into the mesh. Inside the extra files is a zip folder containing the blend file with the shape keys not baked.
Rigged for VRChat with VRC Visme and blinking shapekeys. Also contains user customizable shapekeys.
The model is seperated into 5 sections for user customization and modularity.
