This was done over the course of 9 weeks during the CGMA course: Stylized Character Arts for Games with instructor Weston Reid! The character blockout and sculpt were done in ZBrush, retopology in Blender and CozyBlanket, baking in Marmoset Toolbag 4, texturing in Substance Painter and 3DCoat, and finally rigged and animated back in Blender! The class was challenging, but I had a lot of fun and learned a lot! I’m super excited to apply what I’ve learned in future pieces! Here is a new asset I’ve done for Star Wars Redemption, the Destroyer Class Acclamator ! I’ve done it using several plans and shots from assets arround the web/books, ( special thanks to star wars universe for their acclamator’s details here on sketchfab, it helped me to understand way faster how the ship’s shapes worked ;) ), and of course using same modeling methods I did years ago so this new model fits perfectly to the game =) ( it also has damn less tris ^^” )
