The objects were placed in the baskets using a rigid body. Someone asked me how many apples, tomatoes and pears are in the baskets. We have:
Apples = 26 (26 x 128 = 3328 faces)
Tomatoes = 43 (26 x 206 = 8858 faces)
Pears = 21 (21 x 110 = 2310 faces)
It should not be too difficult to reduce the number of polygons by omitting some of them.

This was done over the course of 9 weeks during the CGMA course: Stylized Character Arts for Games with instructor Weston Reid! The character blockout and sculpt were done in ZBrush, retopology in Blender and CozyBlanket, baking in Marmoset Toolbag 4, texturing in Substance Painter and 3DCoat, and finally rigged and animated back in Blender!
