Frug was a little guy I doodled whilst on holiday. I decided to make him in 3D before I go back to start my second year at Uni as part of practise with characters. I used ZBrush, Maya, Substance Painter and Photoshop. This was my first time using ZBrushes ZSphere rigging tools to pose him as he was originally sculpted in A Pose. If there is one essential monument in Vigo, that’s the monument to Jules Verne (42.241217, -8.722885). The great writer devoted a chapter to “The Bay of Vigo” in one of his most famous books, 20,000 Leagues under the Sea, fuelling the legend of the Rande treasure with the adventures of its popular main character, Captain Nemo, and his famous Nautilus. Jules Verne even came to visit the city some time after writing the novel, so in his honour and on the centenary of his death (2005), the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Pontevedra commissioned this bronze sculpture from local artist José Molares and donated it to the city. Since then, the writer has been sitting on the tentacles of a giant squid in the Avenidas, next to the Montero Ríos gardens.

This little squirrel imp creature is my creation from the second chapter of Zacharias Reinhardt’s excellent scultping for Blender masterclass. Can highly recommend the course for artists looking to become more familiar with Blender’s scultping capabilities.

This is a 3d printable model of Gary the snail from Spongebob Squarepants.
I made it using Fusion 360, and it’s printable either as a single body in one colour, a single body in multiple colours (using an MMU) or in multiple parts to be assembled afterwards, allowing it to be printed in full colour using any 3d printer.
The purchase includes a single body STL, 3MF, a multi part STL, and the Fusion 360 file. The multi part model has been created with clearances of 0.2mm to allow for easier part assembly. Tested using a Prusa MK2. If your printer needs a larger clearance value, you can load up the Fusion file, and change the value of the parameter, which will adjust all the clearances at once.
Below are some pictures of the printed assembled model c/o my friend Mia (@dasmia3 on twitter.) The blue body was printed using a colour changing filament, hence the different colour in the 3rd picture
