Worked on this army camp environment for a VR project long time back, so thought of posting it here before I forget about it. Modified the original look and filled with more props to give a better look. This environment is a base camp that acts as the home scene/ main menu in the game, I was responsible for entire scene creation from sratch and lighting as well. This is a complete guide on how we created this stylized viking asset. We used a mix of Blender, Zbrush, and Topogun for the modeling section. The model was then textured in Substance painter and finally rendered in Blender 3 with the help of the compositor.
This is the Blend.file That contains everything we created in our YouTube video. This is a packed Blend file and has been cleaned up. This makes sure there are no unnecessary files, materials, etc. Everything in the Blend.file is also organized into collections and named correctly.
