General description
All textures are 2k resolution and can be reduced as needed, colors in Unity and Sketchfab can be slightly different from 3D Studio Max / V-Ray render due to the realtime render engine and lighting settings.
In order to match the current preview image use the following settings
Edit > Project Settings > Player : change color space to linear
Edit > Project Settings > Quality : increase pixel light count to 32
Note:
If you select the main camera on the green_bathroom_scene_91028, you will notice that is one component that is not working correctly, this is the Post Processing Stack.
In order to full preview the scene you can search Processing Stack in Asset Store and import it.
If the script still not working you need to add this code

This was my summer project before starting second year at DMU Game Art, although due to some module mix up, I spent about 3 weeks revisiting it on and off. The brief was to make a 10m x 10m realistic-style castaway island, using substance painter to texture. I originally planned to do a pirate-themed island and made extra props, but realised that they just didn’t work at all with the scene. Instead I’ve kept it very basic and natural. Fan art of a house I saw in a SuperCell game “Boom Beach Frontlines”.
I did high/mid/low poly models for this project. The high-poly (153,777 tris) for the bake of course, the mid-poly (38,995 tris) for sketchfab and the low poly (5.8 03 tris) as a game asset. The low-poly could be lower but I preferred to keep some details.
I implemented the low poly in Unity, adding some animations and particles.
