I created this model based on references from the actual movie props and some amazingly faithful replicas.
The geometry is relatively light weight for use in game engines. The counter animation is geometry based, so it can be used dynamically and adressed by code.
Complete with 4K PBR textures.
My motivation for this piece came from rewatching the Aliens movies. I took this as an opportunity to learn Substance Painter and figure out how to bake maps for a more complex model like this.
It’s also always interesting to learn a few things about design in general and about the object you’re researching in specific.
When researching references it helped me to find out that parts of this design are based on real life rifles like the “M1A1 Thompson” and the “Spas 12” shotgun 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 7959 polygons.

Hey Fam! It’s been a long time since I have uploaded a model! I thank each and every one who supported me and my models on this journey of mine! You guys loved my models and were happy with the purchases, which was amazing to here!
I am active again and will be uploading frequently, once a month as I am a student and have to work on the Free plan of sketchfab.

The gun was inspired from games like Overwatch, Fortnite and Call of Duty! I made this original concept, and got to work with it. It’s a pulsefire rifle, which used energy from the suit of the host to function, pretty cool right! Please feel free to use and show off this model in your projects, and do credit me where ever possible!
