For this one I had a sketched concept art of the upper-half of the body made by one of my teammates, but I had to edit the shoulderpads to fit the game more, so the ones in this final model are edited. The rest I came up with on my own. I had four days to make this character as well. Base body modeled in Zbrush. Cloth in Marvelous Designer, armour, hairplanes, and retopologization in Maya. Textured in Substance Painter. I’ve returned to my original model, retopologized it, reworked the textures, and cleaned it up in some spots that needed manual attention. I’m quite happy with the result, and look forward to incorporating retopology in to my workflow more frequently. The blade is in excellent condition, and the hilt is a finely crafted work of silver.
