T1 Tower - La Défense / Paris
The T1 tower is an office skyscraper located in the municipality of Courbevoie (in the district of La Défense, west of Paris.
The construction of this tower began in 2005 and ended in 2008.
With a height of 185 meters, it is in 2016 the sixth tallest building in France, after the First (231 m), Montparnasse (210 m), Incity (202 m), Majunga (195 m), and Total (190 m).
Designed by the firm of architects Valode and Pistre, it has the shape of a sheet folded in two, resembling a sail inflated by the wind. The south façade of the tower is strictly vertical (towards La Défense), while on the north side the façade descends gradually towards Courbevoie thus ensuring a transition with the lower town.
Created and adapted for the game “Cities Skylines”
It is entirely rented by Engie (formerly GDF Suez) who moved into the tower in 20102.

The Incity Tower, known as the Gum Tower, is an office building located in the Part-Dieu district of Lyon, France.
Located at the corner of Garibaldi Street and Cours Lafayette, in place of the former UAP tower (destroyed in 2012), the Incite Tower is 202 metres high.
In 2016, the tower is the tallest skyscraper in Lyon, in front of the Part-Dieu tower (nicknamed “the pencil”) and the Oxygène tower, and the third highest skyscraper in France (arrow included) behind the First tower (La Défense) and the Montparnasse tower (Paris)
