The Ford Consul Classic is a mid-sized car that was launched in May 1961 and built by Ford UK from 1961 to 1963. It was available in two or four door saloon form, in Standard or De Luxe versions, and with floor or column gearshift. The name Ford Consul 315 was used for export markets. This concept incorporates all that I love about Formula 1 cars. A muscular chassis, bold apperance and a lot of features that cater to my personal taste. The concept incorporates parts of the 2007/08 cars aesthetics while its proportions are oriented along the lines of the cars from 2017 onwards. The cars front is slightly exaggerated to pull visual focus towards the bulky forms. Wings and winglets across the chassis have a modern, almost futuristic, form-language.
The concept itself was spatially sketched with Blenders amazing Grease-Pencil. The modeling was also done in Blender “atop” the sketch.
All in all a joyful experience to create my first F1 freeform concept.

With the demolition of the Sixth Street Bridge (or Viaduct) in November of 2016 an iconic part of Los Angeles faded into history. The bridge has appeared in numerous films, television shows, music videos and video games since its opening in 1932. Hollywood films include Grease (1978), Repo Man (1984), Terminator 2 (1991), In Time (2011), and The Dark Knight Rises (2012) among others.
This model is a sparse point cloud and is the first step in the photogrammetric process, eventually leading to a dense cloud and final textured solve.
