you can download any country flag by visiting wikipedia and download the image and directly put that into material color input.
Flags are subdivision ready if you’ll need more resolution, You can apply subdivision modifiers.otherwise the polycount is enough to support the animation.#
Note: All 3 Flags have slightly different animation.
