“L’Arche de la Défense” (or “Grande Arche”) is an office building located in the business district of La Défense in the west of Paris, in the territory of the municipality of Puteaux.
Inaugurated in 1989 at the time of the bicentenary of the Revolution under the name of “Grande Arche de la Fraternité”, and built on the historic axis of Paris.
The building was designed by Danish architect Johan Otto von Spreckelsen

T1 Tower - La Défense / Paris
The T1 tower is an office skyscraper located in the municipality of Courbevoie (in the district of La Défense, west of Paris.
The construction of this tower began in 2005 and ended in 2008.
With a height of 185 meters, it is in 2016 the sixth tallest building in France, after the First (231 m), Montparnasse (210 m), Incity (202 m), Majunga (195 m), and Total (190 m).
Designed by the firm of architects Valode and Pistre, it has the shape of a sheet folded in two, resembling a sail inflated by the wind. The south façade of the tower is strictly vertical (towards La Défense), while on the north side the façade descends gradually towards Courbevoie thus ensuring a transition with the lower town.
Created and adapted for the game “Cities Skylines”
It is entirely rented by Engie (formerly GDF Suez) who moved into the tower in 20102.
