La escultura inmortaliza a la gran nadadora aragonesa paralímpica Teresa Perales y con sumo detalle, la brazada de Teresa en mariposa, el estilo con el que conquistó su primera medalla paralímpica (plata en los Juegos de Sidney) y su primer oro en Juegos (Atenas 2004)
A los pies del pedestal se lee en una placa de acero corten: “En homenaje a la nadadora e hija predilecta de la ciudad de Zaragoza Teresa Perales Fernández por ser un ejemplo de superación deportivo y humano”
Teresa Perales es la deportista española más laureada en la historia : 27 medallas paralímpicas, 22 mundiales, 43 europeas,-. A su medallero hay que añadir ser la primera deportista paralímpica galardonada con el Premio Princesa de Asturias de los Deportes en 2021.

Sanctuary of the Nymphs and Pan. Dedication.
The dedicant Archandros, before an alatar, expresses his veneration to three Nymphs. The horned Pan emerges from a cave at top left.It was found in 1876 in the vicinity of the Sanctuary of Asklepios but it must have belonged to the nearby Sanctuary of the Nymphs and Pan. It is mended of five fragments and restored.
El dedicante Archandros, ante un alatar, expresa su veneración a tres Ninfas. Pan con cuernos emerge de una cueva en la parte superior izquierda.
