A modular fire escape set, composed of 3 pieces so the hieght this set goes to is adjustable. Packing all the Uvs into a signular tile was the biggest issue on this asset by far as there was a lot of fiddling making sure stacked Uvs werent showing AO or the like from other faces.
Again I chose to go a singular low poly model baked on itself in Marmoset, then quickly textured in Substance 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 28940 polygons.
